Here is this week’s schedule: June 3rd-7th.

Monday: Bring home your Math Practice book and do pages 129 and 130. Tear out the page and put it in your Red Hot News folder and return the book the next day, Tuesday, June 4th.

If you need extra Math Summer packets, please let me know, and I will send it home with your child.

Religion: Mrs. Stock’s Class: Look for Take Home pages 223 and 224-Chapter 15.

Tuesday: Picnic: 1st Graders: Wear your Red shirts.

Wednesday: All School Mass: First Graders: Wear your school uniform.

Practice Math Facts: Adding and Subtracting through 12.

By the beginning of Second Grade, the children should be adding and subtracting through 18. Please complete the Summer Math Packet. This packet contains the necessary Math skills to prepare your child for second grade. The packet does not need to be returned. I only ask you to practice Math facts for 15 minutes every day during the summer months. Thank you.

Thursday: Math: Optional: (Although I highly suggest-in order to reinforce concepts that we have learned in class).

Math Practice book pages 131 and 132.

Friday: Report Cards

Dismissal: 10:00 a.m.

Other Important Information:

No Bus Service this week

Remember to bring your lunch on Monday and Thursday.

Tuesday is the Picnic and Wednesday the first graders will be having a special lunch.

Brookfield Zoo Field Trip on Monday. Remember to wear your gym uniform and bring a sack lunch. The weather is supposed to be beautiful so put on a little sunscreen before you come to school.
