Reading/Spelling  (Both homerooms)    Unit test on Wednesday.  No story assessment or Spelling test this week.  We will gradually be moving into special activities as the year moves quickly to an end.  Reading Circles, some poetry study, Spelling Bees, and special surprises await during these last weeks of school

Religion: Chapter #24 test tomorrow

Remember: Brookfield Zoo on 5/20/08 (T)- Bring a sack lunch and wear gym clothes

For Both Classes: Children were encouraged to finish the back of their workbook to p.132.
We finished that readiness chapter and have gone back to geometry.
There will be a test on Double digit subtrtaction this Thursday. It will coincide
with the review sheet that they did. I did not have the children put it in
their assignment notebooks yet. It will be an item tomorrow.

Science: Study Guide   Test on Wednesday

Religion:  Chapter 24 TEST Tomorrow!

Reminders:  Brookfield Zoo field trip is May 20th.  Please remember to pack a sack lunch and wear your gym uniform.

5/12 Monday: Do vocab, read/outline 6-1. Complete 6-1 interactive wb pgs.
5/13 Tuesday: 6-1 directed reading ws. Quiz Thursday on 6-1.
5/14 Wednesday: No class today. Graduation Retreat!! Wear class t-shirt, jeans, and gym shoes.

5/12 Monday: Do vocab, and read/outline 2-1. Complete interactive wb pgs. for 2-1.

5/13 Tuesday: 2-1 directed reading ws/open notes quiz on 2-1 tomorrow.

5/12 Monday: 8-2 wb pg, odds only. Show all work on a clean sheet. Be sure to solve using algebra!

5/13 Tuesday: 8-2 evens. Quiz tomorrow on 8-1 and 8-2.

5/14 Wednesday: Math Journal worksheets (Circumference and volume review practice pages 26-28) due tomorrow.
